We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

A Few Return Guidelines

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Yarn must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
• Yarn that has been caked up, wound, used, or is missing its original label cannot be returned.
• Items must be clean, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
